Our Story

1987

The Beginning

Giuseppe and Maria Avytrix immigrated from Naples, Italy, bringing with them generations of pizza-making knowledge and a dream to share authentic Italian flavors with their new community.

1992

First Restaurant

After five years of perfecting recipes and saving money, the Avytrix family opened their first small pizzeria with just four tables and a wood-fired oven built by Giuseppe himself.

2001

Community Recognition

Avytrix Pizzeria was voted "Best Pizza in Town" by the local newspaper, marking the beginning of our reputation as the go-to place for authentic Italian cuisine.

2010

Expansion

Due to overwhelming demand, we expanded to our current location, featuring a larger dining area, open kitchen concept, and our famous wood-fired oven as the centerpiece.
